Key Responsibilities:Develop complex financial models for M&A, project finance, and investment transactions.
Conduct comprehensive commercial and financial due diligence.
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities.
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required.
We are looking for an economist with strong quantitative skills to lead research on Asia-Pacific economies, monitor policy developments, and produce actionable insights for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain macroeconomic forecasting models.
Analyze the impact of monetary policy, fiscal policy, and geopolitical events on regional markets.
Author regular research reports and presentations for institutional clients.
Support advisory teams with data-driven economic analysis.
PhD or Master’s degree in Economics, with a strong focus on macroeconomics or international finance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in economic research, policy analysis, or central banking.
Proficiency in econometric software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an Asian language is an advantage.
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business development across Greater China and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within financial institutions, corporate treasuries, or family offices, and a deep understanding of cross-border advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and cultivate new client relationships across key markets.
Develop and execute a regional business development strategy.
Collaborate with advisory teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Represent Ascenith at industry conferences and networking events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or sales within financial services.
